Designing your own forms are always free to do, since you know your own process it only makes sense to design an application that meets your needs. But because you know what your own business needs doesn't always mean you know how to design a form to meet that need. While using the Forms Creator is easy to use, depending on how complex you want the forms to be changes the complexity of designing them.
This is why we offer our expertise in designing forms for you. It's easier for us to design forms on the technology that we've created, and because we've encountered many varieties of businesses already we have the general foundation already created. Currently we have controls that access many address books, and code already created that can pull information from any database to the fields for your form(s). This cuts project turn around time and lowers the cost of form production for our clients.
Once we've completed the form(s) you've requested and they've gone through our QA(Quality Assurance) team you will be given the form(s) on a customer acceptance testing stage. When you are happy with the project it will be closed and you will be passed all the code and VSP(Vinade Solution Project) file(s) so you can make your own changes anytime with the Forms Creator application.
We also provide 1 year free support for the forms we design for you, this starts from the project closing date.
