KB180101 - Error 991 when purchasing forms

SYMPTOMS

When processing a purchase through the Online Forms Library or by installing a collection you get an Error code 991.

CAUSE

Usually this is because of an invalid credit card associated with your account.

RESOLUTION

Simply login with your account here and select Update Credit Card and re-enter your credit card, don't use spaces.
