KB180105 - MSSOAP30.dll Error during install
SYMPTOMS
Some users get a MSSOAP30.dll failed to register during the install of the Forms Reader.
CAUSE
Some other installs and applications could be blocking the update to the 3.0 version of SOAP.
RESOLUTION
The best way to get around this is to install the SOAP toolkit yourself from Microsoft which can be found here:
Once installed try installing the Forms Reader again.
