KB180200 - Key not unique Error

SYMPTOMS

When loading Vinade Reminder you get the error message Key not unique.

CAUSE

Usually this means your reminders are corrupted, either duplicate names or the XML file that they are stored in contains invalid characters.

RESOLUTION

You can either try editing the reminder XML manually and finding the duplicate or invalid character, usually opening the XML file in Internet Explorer will tell you if there is an error with the document. If not then try looking for reminders with the same name. The reminder XML can be found here:
C:\Program Files\Vinade\Reminder\VinadeReminders.xml

If you can't get the problem resolved by editing the XML you can download a blank XML here and overwrite the corrupted one.
