Most North American cell phones and pagers are listed. If you can't find your service visit your provider and ask for your email address (SMS address) and select email address when creating a reminder. |

Will I ever get charged for reminders? |

You will NEVER get charged by us for reminders, but if you are using your text message service they (Your service provider) may charge per message depending on your plan. |

Will I still get reminders if my computer is turned off? |

No, the reminders are sent through your computer and therefore must be turned on and connected to the internet if a text message or email reminder has been selected. We do not store any of your reminders on our servers. |

What about different time zones? |

The reminders are sent according to your system clock, be sure to keep it at the proper time. |
